Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, accepting Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Klarna, and other methods displayed at checkout. You authorise us to charge the payment method you provide for the full amount of your order.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We process and ship orders promptly, but delivery times may vary depending on your location. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
We reserve the right not to ship to certain locations at our discretion.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your Jolene pieces. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at imogen@jolene.london within 14 days of receipt to request a return.
Return conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused and unworn, with all original packaging (box, tissue paper, etc) included.
- Bags and keyrings must show no signs of wear, marks, scratches, or alterations.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using tracked shipping for returns, as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at imogen@jolene.london. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, are owned by Jolene London or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
