Returns Policy
We hope you love your new Jolene piece, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
How to start a return:
If you’d like to return your order, please email us at imogen@jolene.london within 14 days of receiving your item. Just let us know your order number and the reason for your return, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- With all original packaging included (box, tissue paper, etc.)
- Free from marks, scratches, or signs of wear
Please note, we cannot accept returns that don’t meet these conditions, as we want all customers to receive their Jolene pieces in perfect condition.
Return shipping
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we’ve sent you the wrong product. We recommend using tracked shipping, as we can’t be responsible for parcels lost on their way back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is on its way.
Faulty or incorrect items
We take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.
If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at imogen@jolene.london. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return postage, at no extra cost to you.
